Alexis Brewer

Alexis Brewer serves as the Client Care Coordinator at Premier Caregiver Services, where she oversees individualized client care plans and serves as a vital link between clients, their families, and the caregiving team. She is committed to ensuring that every client receives compassionate, person-centered care tailored to their unique physical, emotional, and cognitive needs. Alexis also supports caregivers through clear communication, guidance, and the implementation of dementia care best practices.

Originally from Northern Kentucky and a Louisville resident since 2018, Alexis brings both professional experience and personal insight to her role. Her background in sales and transitional care management has equipped her to guide families through important life transitions with clarity and confidence. More personally, her passion for caregiving was shaped by her experience as the primary caregiver for her grandmother, who raised her. This experience provided Alexis with a deep understanding of the emotional and practical challenges families face and continues to influence her compassionate approach to care.

Outside of her professional role, Alexis is a devoted mother of twin boys and an avid reader. When not attending sports tournaments for her boys, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, including trips to the lake, hiking, and weekend getaways in their camper, often accompanied by their two golden retrievers.
