In a recent YouTube video, we asked four Premier Caregiver Services care specialists:
what do you like best about working with Premier Caregiver Services?
The transcript of their interview is available below.
Nicole F.
What I like about Premier Caregiver Services is they not only care about their employees, they also care about their clients. (0:05)
I have interviewed since I’ve been in Kentucky. I moved here in 2020 and I’ve interviewed with a handful of companies that I don’t believe had the type of care for their clients nor their employees. And when you’re working with Alzheimer’s and dementia, clients and employees go hand in hand. (0:27)
And if you don’t have that process down, then it won’t work. Employees will be upset and clients also. (0:41)
Dorothy B.
I have been with Premier for about a year and, prior to that, I’ve been with different facilities and programs, and Premier has just been the premier of these companies that I have worked with. (0:51)
And they’ve all been good. But Premier, their individualized care for each client, and not just the client, but their families, is just remarkable. And I’m just very thankful to be with this company, to be with the families and the clients, the individuals with whom I work. (1:19)
It’s been an amazing gift. (1:28)
It is difficult and it can be sad at times, but it’s also the most rewarding thing to take someone and bring them to laughter when they’ve been sitting in a state of anxiety or fear in their own minds and to let them laugh. (1:49)
It’s an amazing gift. (1:55)

I have truly enjoyed working with Premier. They do have, you know, very high quality training for their employees. We have training about every quarter, every three quarters, and they make sure that all of us has specialized in Alzheimer’s and dementia care. (2:16)
Jennifer B.
What I like best about working with Premier is everybody is so kind and so understanding and they are very easy to work with. (2:20)
The communication is great too. There’s a lot of communication. If you have a question or something, you could always get a hold of somebody. (2:34)
