Caregiving Services In Audubon Park, KY
Premier Caregiver Services is a proud provider of caregiving services in Audubon Park, Kentucky, a close-knit city of approximately 1,500 residents located just south of downtown Louisville. Audubon Park began as farmland granted in 1773 to Colonel William Preston by King George III, but the development of the area boomed in the early 1900s with the Audubon Park Country Club and planned suburban design. The city was incorporated on April 17, 1941, and has maintained a strong residential identity throughout its history.
Today, the neighborhood boasts beautiful tree-lined streets, green spaces, and bird-themed street names honoring John James Audubon, a wildlife painter. Two of its three entrances are marked with large stone gateways that remain a staple of architecture around Louisville’s surrounding cities. The city was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1996 and has been recognized as a designated bird sanctuary since 1978.
