Jen Hull
Director of Marketing
Jenny “Jen” Hull serves as the Director of Business Development for Premier Caregiver Services. With over 25 years of experience in business development and more than a decade in healthcare marketing, Jen has dedicated her career to connecting families with trusted, high-quality, in-home care for seniors facing memory loss, cognitive decline, and other age-related challenges. In her role, Jen leads community outreach, referral partnerships, and client relationship management across the greater Louisville area. You’ve probably met her, or will meet her, as she often serves as the first point of contact for families as they receive education, guidance, and access to the resources they need to make confident decisions about their loved one’s care.
Outside of her years of experience working in the field, Jen has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Texas and extensive Alzheimer’s Association dementia training. She serves as a Community Educator and Walk to End Alzheimer’s Chairperson, which has helped to raise thousands of dollars annually for dementia research and awareness. Additionally, she serves on the Advisory Board for Trilogy Senior Living, actively participates in Continuing Education (CLEs) focused on aging and dimension care, and is a proud member of the Healthcare Senior Professionals Network (HSPN).
When it comes to Jen’s passion for elder care and dementia support, her story and experience are deeply personal. She had two close family members—her mother-in-law and her dad’s wife—diagnosed with Alzheimer’s within the same month in two different states. Being the eldest daughter and having a healthcare background, Jen became the primary coordinator for both households, taking on the role of researching, coordinating, and helping everyone adjust to their new reality. Despite her background, experiencing that crash course on what it meant to be on the other side of the process gave her the clarity and drive to make it her mission to help others walking the same path. In her position now, she’s able to be the person she needed when she was in the same situation for other families navigating Alzheimer’s and dementia care.
Guided by her favorite quote,
“If you know one person living with dementia, you only know one person living with dementia.”
Jen takes a lot of pride in the way that she—along with the team at Premier Caregiver Services—emphasizes personalized, dignified dementia care that honors each individual’s unique life story. Having experienced how difficult it was to create two different care plans for her own very different loved ones, Jen knows the real-life value of Premier Caregiver Service’s standard of unique care. She is happy to have a role that is focused on supporting families, decision makers, and referral partners with the right resources and education.
Outside of work, Jen enjoys family time, traveling, hiking, and supporting community events that benefit seniors. She has a special love for creative projects that blend design, storytelling, and connection in her personal life because they are skills that influence how she approaches caregiving and outreach in her professional life.
