Office Manager
Erica McCullough is our Office and Billing Manager here at Premier Caregiver Services. She is a consistent and important part of our team and takes care of billing compliance, care record maintenance, client communication, and authorization coordination. Everything she does in the office helps to keep our process easy and effortless so that our clients have less to worry about.
Joining our team in the fall of 2025, Erica has loved being involved with the healthcare industry on the business management side. Her favorite part of her job is being able to put a face to the names she works with and getting to know our clients, because creating bonds and learning about their lives always leaves her with a smile on her face. She gets her love for healthcare from her mother, who is a nurse. While Erica wanted to follow in her footsteps, she found the nursing career path wasn’t for her. It has been a journey for her to explore other ways to be involved in the field without being on the front lines.
In her position, Erica has gained a lot of insight into the lives of our clients and the role that we play in the care and happiness of our clients. As our Office and Billing Manager, she sees how much of a difference it makes in someone’s life to take some of the responsibility off of them. She loves that she can be a part of the team and the process that makes our clients and their family’s life just a little bit easier.
Erica has completed the C.A.R.E.S. Dementia and Alzheimer’s training along with the rest of the staff. She also finds learning opportunities in her role by listening to each new client that we have and understanding what their situation is. Even without being in the field like our caregivers are, simply listening helps her to learn about so many different sides of dementia care. No client will ever be the same, so learning how to handle each situation in her role allows her to expand her knowledge about the different ways she can approach each unique situation and learn something new every time.
