Cathy Pyrek

Cathy Pyrek is our Human Resources Manager here at Premier Caregiver Services. Internally, she is at the heart and soul of the company as she works hard to hire the best caregivers to wear our name on their badges. Furthermore, she acts as a primary support role for our caregivers so that they have all the resources they need to maintain the high standard of care that Premier Caregiver Services is known for.

With over 30 years of experience in various administrative roles, Cathy has been with us since July 2024. She comes to us with an MBA from the University of Colorado and an MA from Kent State University in Anthropology. As a business-minded anthropologist, Cathy brings unique insight to our hiring process and, subsequently, our staff. She enjoys being able to use her skills to identify those who have the right heart, skills, and disposition for caregiving. Outside of her educational background and years of real-world experience, Cathy completes the CARES dementia care training along with the rest of our staff to stay up-to-date with the best practices in dementia caregiving.

While Cathy is passionate about her work and proud of the caregiving services that Premier Caregiver Services offers, she often attributes her love for the company to the people that she hires and works alongside with. The reward of her work on the administrative side is being a part of a high-functioning work culture, being the best at what we do, and seeing our caregivers succeed in their roles, which benefits everyone. Living by her motto,

Cathy takes a lot of pride in her work and how the people that she hires reflect on Premier Caregiver Services. It’s her opinion that PCGS is different from other caregiving services because of our goal to go above and beyond. With the ability to think like a client, she knows the important questions to ask potential caregivers so that they can satisfy client questions and expectations confidently. When our caregivers are equipped to be the best in the industry, our company is equipped to be the best as well.

It is this esprit de corps that Cathy loves the most at Premier Caregiver Services. Every team member is committed to giving their best to our clients.
